A. Pricing
All prices for Courses are listed on the Website and are subject to change without notice. Any changes to the pricing will not affect Courses already purchased.

We accept payment for Courses through third-party payment processors (PayPal). You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the appropriate fees for your purchases.
C. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our class and the limited number of attendees, only date change is allowed and is subject to availability. No refunds will be issued in-case a registrant does not want to attend the class anymore. In case of approved emergency, a new course date can be offered at no additional charge.

A. Ownership
All content provided in the Courses (including text, videos, images, audio, and other materials) is owned by Medical Training EXPRESS or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Course content without prior written consent from us.

By purchasing a Course, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. This license does not grant you ownership rights in the Course content.
